Officer Duties

President:  Preside at all meetings of the Board, and see that orders and resolutions of the Board are carried out.

Vice President:  Perform all the duties of the President in his/her absence.  

Secretary:  Record the votes and keep the minutes of all proceedings.  Also keep the records of the Association including a list of the names of all members and addresses as registered by the members.

Treasurer:  Receive and deposit in bank accounts all monies of the Association.  Disburse such funds as may be directed by resolution of the Board. Keep proper books of account and prepare an annual budget, income/expense statement, and balance sheet, and make same available for inspection upon reasonable request of a member..
